Product Returns
We value your complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied and wish to return the product purchased from us for a complete refund (less shipping) you may do so for any reason within 30 days of purchase provided the product has not been damaged and is returned complete in the original packaging. A restocking fee will be charged for units returned incomplete or without the original carton. If the product has been damaged or tampered, your refund will be subject to a repair or service fee.

DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT until you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number by email from us. Otherwise it will be returned to you subject to return shipping costs. Requesting an RA number is easy. Just send us an email by clicking the appropriate button below and provide the following information:

  1. Your name and shipping address
  2. The invoice or sales number and purchase date
  3. The reason for your return (important!)
  4. A daytime telephone number (should we need to reach you by phone)

All product returns are subject to review for damage. Should the product be incomplete, damaged or tampered, you will be notified by email of the costs that will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased the product from any other retailer, please contact them regarding their return policies.
